dispenser opens but soap stays in
Model Number: D22M15132R Brand: -other- Age: 1 - 5 years
Our dishwasher is a Galaxy BLT-IN DW (I think it came from Sears because there is a sticker on it) and I don't know how old it is. I have been using the finish dishwasher cubes and they have been working fine but now after the dishwasher has ran the cubes are still in the dispenser. I thought at first the dispenser wasn't opening but it is; but the cubes are staying in it. These cubes are NOT the ones in the plastic packaging. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank You!!!
