rinse agent dispenser is not working. any suggestions?

Your model number seems to be missing the first 3 digits.
This tells us who actually made the unit, see the following.

Many units use a dispenser with a wax motor, it is fairly common for these to burn out.

mfg 665, Whirlpool. Remove door cover from inside and replace the wax motor? nothing to clean or unclog?

I would check the unit for a mechanical fault also could check the wax motors for resistance. Most of them are around 2,000 ohms.
