The door where you put the soap is not opening. When the cycle ends and you open the door , the soap door open and the soap falls out half meled (the plastic around the soap). Dishwasher is only 2 months old. Any ideas?

Could you please clarify the above.
You say "The door where you put the soap is not opening" and then say when you open the main door "the soap door open".
Is the soap door open when the cycle finishes?
If not I would get it repaired under warranty.
Also I do not understand "(the plastic around the soap)." |
