Our washer keeps stopping in mid cycle. In this last wahing cycle, it has stopped at least 5 times. It keeps restarting, but only after much coaxing... Any ideas? Is it time to replace?

Cannot say if it is time to replace without knowing what is required to fix the unit and what shape it is in.

What kind of coaxing?
Could be the timer needs replacing.

Also without a model number troubleshooting is very difficult.
