Kenmore Elite stuck sensing

Kenmore Elite stuck sensing

Model Number: 66517579201 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

When we start the dishwasher, it runs down from 90 min to 86min and stays there sensing for approx 30min or more... is this due to water temp not getting warm enough? (water is only moderately warm in tub). So, would it be the control board, heater element or other?
