Kenmore Dishwasher stops during cycle

Model Number: 665.16805890 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

My Kenmore dishwasher recently developed a problem where it will run through the first two wash cycles just fine. But when it gets to the rinse cycle, it fills with water, several of the lights start blinking and it will not finish the cycle. Is this a problem with the electronic control board?
