tray wont open during wash...i took front panel off , it has a wax motor, i can manually trip the door by pushing down on plastic piece below the wax motor, so i think the spring and latch are good.. put a ohm meter across the terminals on motor on the 2000 setiing, result was 1916. if that is o.k. what should i check next? control board? And also the clean light stays on after wash cycle even if you open and close the door numerous times
