soap dispensor problem
Model Number: 665.16761690 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
The soap dispensor door will not open during the wash cycle. Is this repairable?

Hi dsoakes
The first thing I would check are tabs holding the control panel to the door frame. Remove the screws around the inner door panel and remove the panel. Check the tabs on both sides of the control panel. If the right hand side tab is broken that what causing the problem. To fix it the console has to be replaced. - The part number for the console AP3096891 Good luck. Gene.
