Washer does not clean properly...always leaves a film on glassware and dishes. Jet dry liquid reservoir is maintained. Seems like bottom assembly is very loose/wobbly when I spin it manually. Should it have a lot of play in it when it spins? I'm wondering if it is catching on sides when operational and this may be causing the cleaning issue. How do I check the proper balance for that assembly? And if that is the issue how do I remove it? Or am I completely off track and should be looking at some other cause for lack of cleaning? BTW there is also white buildup on heating element and other areas of unit. We do not have a water softner so I attribute this to calcium deposits. This problem has occurred for about two months on a dishwasher that is only about 2 years old...appreciate any help you can offer...Thanks!:)
