Just after power is turned on, two LED lights just flash on and off. And you can here the relay click on and off. There is still water in the bottom of the dish washer, so maybe the drain pump failed. I also can here the drain pump try to move just for a second. Ideas??? SHU66C06UC/14. Also how much work is it to remove/clean or replace the drain pump? Thank Doug

Looks like there is a problem with an electronic controls. If the dishwasher is less than 5 years old these parts should be still under the manufacturer warranty. Call Bosch and let them to handle it.
