My GE Monogram DW is randomly not draining, this has been going on for a few months now. Sometimes it will complete the cycle, sometimes it won't and the bottom will be full of water and the rinse and hold button will be fast blinking. After the first time it didn't drain, I pulled it out and checked the drain, hose, and flapper thing, all seemed OK. Put it back together and it worked. Then it happened again a few days later and has been happening somewhat randomly ever since. Before it starts blinking, you can hear a humming sound before it quits and blinks. Seems like if we unplug it for a day, it will correct itself, then run, but if we plug it back in too soon, it will just blink and hum...

Any ideas of what to check would be appreciated...
