Default How to remove door cover to check switch

My dish washer quit running. I was able to get it to run briefly by pushinhg the ON/OFF switch repeatedly once, but it quit the next time after opening the door and closing it again.
I suspect the ON/Off switch but can't open the cover to get to it. I have removed the three phillips small screws on each side the holds down the side strips but It did not help in removeng the cover. I dont see any pop up covers that may be concealing screws either. Please Help. Thanks

I was able to open the door. Since I don't have a wiring diagram I am not sure what is normal for these switches. The ON/OfF sw has 4 wires on slide connectors that closes between two opposing wire pairs when the sw is in the On mode. When voltage is applies one contact gets 21V and the other about 10V. Did not see any obvious sign of a problem and the disch washer would not start.

Any ideas? Help please! Thanks
