This DW was working fine. Then after I had it loaded with dishes I closed the door only to discover that the touch pad would not repond. I thought maybe it had been locked so I held down the lock key (No Heat Dry) button It sounded like the cycle started, touch pad still didn't respond, then it went silent. I opened the door and the rinse agent light started to flicker very very very fast. Closed the door and all the lights went out. Cut power to it for about 10min but when the power is turned back on, still nothing. No lights no nothing. The troubleshooting guide said to 'replace the console assembly. What does that mean? Do I need to replace the touch pad or the control board or both??? Tell me where to start diagnosis. I'm getting dishpan hands and its only been 2 days!!!
