I am wondering if there is any type of adjustment that can be made to the door counterbalance sytem to compensate for the doo not remaining int the full open position. The issue does not seem to be specific to only this brand. I checked other models at Lowes and several had this same problem. It re stricts the lower tray from operating smoothly with the slight incline of the open door.

Could be that the door spring tension is too tight.
