The time delay indicator light blinks constantly. Have held down the cancel button, but the light on the cancel button begins to blink. Have shut the power off, unplugged and flipped breaker, for a week. Power back up, time delay light still blinking. Is this a bad ELECTRONIC CONTROL ASSEMBLY?
