Water exit pump will not turn off unless I shake the machine

Model Number: SHX46B05UC/14 Brand: Bosch Age: 5 - 10 years

Hi, Most of the time the drain pump will not stop pumping. I found that if I lightly shake or bounce the machine the pump will stop and normal operation will continue. I do not know if it is the switch or float or??? Is there a repair manual that may walk me through the order of disassembly. Thanks
