Bought a factory refurb LG d/w and fried the main drive motor in three months. After I initially installed the d/w I noticed an odd thing when operating the unit. When placed in any function, normal, scrub, etc, the unit would fill (no problem), then the odd would begin. When going into wash cycle it would start to power up the motor/pump and run for 2 seconds then stop for 7 seconds, then run for 3 seconds and stop for 7 secs, then run for 4 secs and stop for 7, then run for 5 seconds and stop for 7 secs, then run through entire wash and drying cycles with no problems. This "cycling" will occur anytime the wash cycle is asked to start anew, ie, open the door, during nornal cleaning and rinse cycles. Is this cycling by design? I have installed the new main drive motor and the cycling is as before and don't want to fry another motor. The unit runs great, I just need to find out if this cycling is normal for LG dishwashers, or where to look for the problem. Capacitor Thank you advance for any help you may give.

While it's in the first rinse, the dishwasher is sensing soil level and thats why it "stop and go".
