Detergent not dissolving
Model Number: FDB2310LCC2 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
Hi,
Yesterday when I ran a load in my frigidare dishwasher, the detergent (cascade gel pack) did not dissolve. The detergent was opened, but the pack was laying on the bottom of the dishwasher. So today I ran another cycle, same thing happened. Any recommendations as to what to check? Thanks!

It is best to use a powder dishwasher detergent. Turn the dishwasher on and check the water level in the tub, should be just below the heater. If not, add water and check if spray arm is now spraying better.
