Model Number: KUDS01FLSS0 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
I ordered the replacement fuse (AP3115175 (675796) Thermal fuse) the wiring harness instructions do NOT match how my wires are set up. I keep blowing fuses and did not replace the harness as the Hot wire that comes to the fuse would then be connected to nothing. I do not have the wiring diagram. Do I rewire it so that the hot wire goes to the door switch and connect the fuse between the switch and p8 and then what do I do witht he wire coming into P8 currently (on com2,I think). FYI I have replaced the valve and control board already. 3rd board, 2nd valve, 4th fuse in 8 years. Time for a new unit? Lemon?
Will this harm the unit if I rewire it, need to try something tonight. wife is getting impatient. Thanks. Ads By Google Related Models Last edited by TerryChandler : 07-16-2010 at 10:42 AM. Reason: adding info |
