Soap dish won't open
Model Number: 665.17765890 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
The lid to the soap cup in my dishwasher no longer opens. I don't know how old it is, since it was already in our house when we bought it. I don't think it's the lid spring, since when I manually move the lid latch, the lid pops right open. Is it the spring behind the door? How do I test this?
