If the washer is level and springs are properly adjusted then it could need a balance ring. Just a thought.

I think it might be the springs. How do I ajust them. Right now it leans kind of forward and bangs on the spin cycle

I dont know that they can be adjusted, we always replaced the springs and adjusted the overall balance with the legs. When the springs have proper tention then just attaching them to the holes in the brace would take care of the spring, then we look into the cabinet, and balance ring. Dont forget to always start with the easiest thing which would be an off balance load. A single item can especially a heavy one can throw the load off.
