PLEASE HELP.
My newly married daughter has a GE dishwasher; model GSD3200G00WW and no water will enter the machine. There is water supply to the fill valve. I have measured coil on the fill valve solenoid and it measures between 600 – 700 ohms. The switch on the overflow shows closed with no water in the machine. When the machine is turned on, the pump motor runs, and if the start knob is rotated slowly through the cycles, the solenoid on the valve to control the wash and drain cycles seems to work fine. However, I am not able to measure any voltage across the fill solenoid. I don’t know if I had the test probes in the correct position to measure the voltage. I had one on each wire that attaches to the solenoid.

Can someone provide me with a wiring diagram/schematic for the dishwasher?
Is there a repair manual with troubleshooting steps available?

Any ideas on what could be wrong?
