drive coupler needed to fit

Model Number: KSB3WH3 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years

Please advise!
Appliance parts says that drive coupler for this model is no longer made--it isn't that old! what drive coupler will fit instead!??
the one that I see which is available looks almost exactly the same. Threads wore out the very fist time I tried to use some ice in it to make a smoothie!

It's strange that there is no listing for this model anywhere. Does the old coupling look like either of the two below? Can you post a photo of the old one?
