Kitchen Aid blender
Model Number: KSB5OB4 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
The black rubber clutch wheel disintegrated. Remaining on top is a round metal wheel with 6 holes in it. This assembly looks different than what I see in the Units parts exploded view. the spindle has a flat side that a tool (which I don't have) can fit around. I need to order the black rubberized clutch wheel but am unsure about the replacement ones I've seen based on this metal wheel sitting on the spindle. I have attached 3 photos of my blender. Please advise on how to proceed with repair & replacement part.
