We are a small town business. We've been involved in appliance repair since we were kids. We worked for a company about 100 miles away because of the lack of repair shops around our community. One day we were eating at a restaurant when we overheard someone saying that it was going to take a week to get their refrigerator worked on. I couldn't imagine going without a refrigerator for a week. That's when it hit us that we need to help the people in our community. So we decided to start our own business. Yes We are actually factory authorized. We can work on them even if they are under the manufacturer's warranty.
