There are two relay boards used in your model, I assume a different one for each oven.

I would think it would be very unusual for the corresponding relay
on each board to have failed at the same time.
BTW. I have no idea how the particular relay might be identified on the board itself. Usually a relay used for bake could be marked
BA and the one for broil
