The most common cause of such problem is a broken seal inside the pump and not a pump housing.
In order to fix it you have to order the impeller & seal kit.
Also, based on my experience, it is almost not possible to remove the disk and mount assembly (#10 on the
pump and motor break down diagram).
You have to break it off (very careful not to damage the pump housing).
The old impeller has to be broken off too.
Remove the screws holding the pump housing to the motor, remove the pump housing from the motor and remove the seal from the pump housing.
Using a fine file, clean the motor shaft. Make sure the motor shaft seal head (#8 on the
pump and motor break down diagram) is moving freely on the motor shaft.
