The mounting plate (number 2) will come free after a few screws have been removed, allowing access to remove the valve (number 10). If your hoses do not unscrew from your existing valve, they have what are called Guest fittings. To release them, you have to hold the little plastic washer in that is near the the valve at each hose and pull the hose out. That washer is what releases the hoses, so be sure you press them in. Take note (and maybe even a picture) of where the hoses are on the valve to avoid confusion when replacing the valve. The correct part for your model is available at the link below.
