Thanks Gene-- Fortunatly, I had not yet purchased that other part that you advised me was wrong. That was the part number Jenn-Air told me was for the control panel. I'm glad I didn't order from them, since it's the wrong part and they don't take any returns!
Just ordered both parts from here, which saved some money as well.
I'll post again when I get the parts. I may need some help.

The part you replaced is not the control panel. This is the control board which probably has nothing to do with the buttons problem. You have to order and replace the control panel.
In regards of the ignition problem very likely it caused by a bad spark module, especially if the new igniter did not fix it. You may want to check the wire between the igniter and the spark module first.
