Jdavis, Your description indicates an issue in the door latch assembly

Part number: AP2020849

Part number: AP2020849

or the logic switch or wiring

Part number: AP2024576

If the control "thinks" the latch is still in the self clean position, it will not allow you to program a bake or broil selection. You'll need to raise the cook top assembly and check the mechanical latch components for proper alignment, bent components and loose screws. then the logic switch circuit and wires for proper operation and circuits back to the ERC/Clock.
