I cannot say.
You could flip them over and give them a try but I would just replace it.

Valves are normally replaced not repaired.
Usually you cannot see what is actually causing the problem in the valve so never know if it is properly repaired.
If you mess up the repair you could cause a flood down the road and this could cost thousands in damage depending where the washer is in the house and if you are at home.
An insurance company could deny your claim if they find out you tried to repair the valve.

Personally I would just replace the valve. It is low cost.
