My Bosch SHX46A05UC/14 began making a "surging" noise during the completion of a wash cycle last week. I checked the drain pump impeller. Checked for drain blockage. Checked pressure chamber for clogs. With the impeller cover off. the impeller will spin - stop - spin - stop (the surging noise was coming from here).

This is all I get. Just a continual surge noise hearing small amounts of water reaching the sink. Cant stop the cycle

The CTRL panel has no numeric display, just LED's. They will not illumninate. When holding down the diagnostic pair of buttons, all LED's illuminate faintly.

I suspect the CTRL board but I would appreciate any insight to this problem.
