Most likely the problem is a bad control panel. The chance for the control board to be bad is very small. You can try to perform the troubleshooting as described in the attached tech sheet but it's better to order the new control panel and give it a try. You always can return it if it was ordered from APP. If you need the correct part number, post the color of the control panel.
