Further checks were made and noticed that the green light on the inverter board displayed a continuous steady flash, no pause to indicate a code. I slipped the belt off the motor pulley, energized the motor bypassing the fuse, there was a humming sound from the motor,but the pulley did not spin. Manually it spun freely.
