Model Number: GY396LXPB01   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 5 - 10 years

We have a weekend place with a Whirlpool Gold range/oven. Problem: The PF error code is displayed, no oven, burners still operate. Facts: I usually turn the main breaker off when we leave. I have tried turning on and off power supply. Power going into unit checks out, power at the breaker box checks out. None of the keys on the pad function, no beeps or changes in display when keys are depressed. Thank you for your help.
