separating upper agitator from lower
Model Number: lso9549lwo Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
We have removed the bolt with the 7/16 tool, but are unable to separatethe two from one another. Its like something is latching it together. Again, the bolt is now out but dog ears not removed yet, can't get to them. Washer works without dog me fixing it, just doesn't agitate properly and I don't want to break it...please advise! Thanks!
