Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 1 - 5 years

Model GC2000XE3 / serial # FNW0316300 / whirlpool

The unit is 'locked up' - it will spin for several seconds and then stop. The chopping blade seems to be broken in two pieces. Is a new chopping blade available ?
