Have water pooling at bottom of freezer compartment then freezing. Seems to be coming from vent area at back/bottom of freezer compartment. If I don't chip it out regularly it gets to door edge and melts and pools on floor. Wood floor already ruined.
Think it has to do with defrost system but not sure what. Definately not icemaker or water dispenser. Turned off water supply valve and still have problem. Both fridge and freezer are cooling properly. Everything else okay.
One interesting thing I've noticed is after closing door, there's a strong vacuum on door for moment, hard to open. May have nothing to do with problem.
