This happened this moring, and I was able to move all the food into the fridge in the garage.
The light comes on in both the fridge and freezer, but they are not cooling at all. There is no "kick on" and then a hum like usual, and of course everythig melted in the freezer.
I wanted to know what it was and see how much it was to repair. Can you help me please?
