If your fridge is less then 5 years old - the compressor is still under the manufacturer warranty which is 5 years from the date of purchase.
If the problem is just the start relay you can not replace it with 3-in-1 device. It will void the compressor warranty. You can replace it only with the original part made by Frigidaire. The part number for the Frigidaire start relay is
