Remove the burner cap. Remove the two screws, holding the burner.
If they are rusted in then you have to drill them out and order a new screws.

Lift the burner and remove the igniter from the burner. Cut the wire about 10" from the old igniter (do not let the wire to fall). Cut the wire about 10" from the new igniter and put the wire from the new igniter through the hole in the burner.
Connect both wires, using a ceramic high temperature wire nut.
Assemble the burner in the reverse order.
