Oven won't respond to start button
We also have the GY398LXPB00 that will not respond to the start button. No error codes are displayed and we can set the temp and time. (so the board seems healthy, but it also seems odd that a simple keypad would fail) The display gets to "Start ?" and we press start and nothing happens. If anyone else has solved this problem - which part - the control panel with keypad or the control, migration did it turn out to be? We checked for all to physical obvious things and enlarged the slot in the sheet metal panel so the right hand edge of the flex circuit was not touching.
