Hi bobar

The first thing I would check is the circuit breaker for the range.

It suppose to be a double breaker which providing 120V through each breaker and 240V total.

If one of the breakers is off or broken, then only 120V is coming to the range which is enough for the indicator lights, but is not enough for any of the heating elements. They need 240V.
