Please help, my washer is make a loud sound like a lawn mower. It fills up and drains but doesn't agitate. I replaced the motor coupler and agitator dogs but that did not work. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. By the way I so a video about replacing the "drive" but I don't have a spanner wrench.
