Default Maytag washer small water leak when draining

Gene,

Thanks for your help. I took the front panel off and the leak is at the base of the tub. So it looks like, I would need a mounting stem & boot seal. I was hoping to repair it myself. It looks like some work to take it apart. I am not sure where to start.

Is it easy to replace or with no experience would it be wiser for me to call a repair man. I also see the part is not cheap. Give me some feedback.
