DRYER NOT HEATING AT ALL. I HAVE REP;ACED THE THERMAL FUSE, THERMAL CUTOFF AND THERMOSTAT TO NO AVAIL. CHECKED HEATING ELEMENT READING 8.2 OHMS. VOLTAGE TO DRYER AT 228VAC. HELP.
