Unplug the power cord or turn off the circuit breaker for the microwave.
In order to replace the control panel frame you have to remove the top grill (#70 on the
break down diagram) first, then remove the screw on top of the control panel, push it up to release from the tabs and pull toward yourself.
To replace the outer door frame you have to remove the inner door frame first which is holding in place with a few tabs around the frame. Then remove two screws holding the door handle and remove the door handle.
Now you can work with the outer door frame. Be careful with all tabs.
