Hi, We have been having trouble with our ice maker for a while. The ice becomes stuck on the top of the part that rotates. we have to break it apart in order for it to fall. then it will be fine for about a week. then we have to do it again. sometimes it freezes inside and we have to take off the part and thaw it out. then put it back and it is fine for a while. I am wondering if we need a new one.
