You might want to check and see if the condenser motor, which is right next to the compressor is running. They have a replacement kit for that motor. They have had a few problems with it. So if it is not running tell them you want the replacement kit, that is a different motor, and it comes with the new fan blade in the box. The discharge line from the compressor runs up that center strip to stop any sweating, if it gets too hot the motor is either not running, or nor running fast enough. Let us know.
