Thanks for the info. When I first disassembled the dryer I took those screws off and re-tightened them. I had already determind that if the motor cost was over $100 it might not be worth replacing the part and to start looking for a new dryer. For now, the dryer is working fine, just a bit loud. I deal with it until I fnd a suitable replacement.
Well, at least the holiday sales start soon!
